Teaching you a life skill to change your thoughts, feelings & behaviour via workshops & 1-1 sessions. Also offering an affordable private retreat in the countryside. 

 

In my workshops and 1-1 sessions I teach you how to chat effectively to “your genie” and make changes in your thought patterns, emotions and behaviour. I give you a skill you can re-use time and again to cope on your journey through life, so that in stormy times you will be able to keep your ship on that even keel and maintain your course, while in the good times you will feel as if you are soaring like a bird. Whether you are anxious, overwhelmed, lacking in confidence or self-esteem, struggling with a difficult situation, or have other changes you want to make, you can have the power to change your life.

Or simply take time out to escape, relax, unwind and restore your battery. I run an affordable B & B Retreat at the MindPebble Gardens on beautiful Romney Marsh, on the Kent/Sussex Border. Set in ¾ acre biodiverse and eco friendly gardens you can either comes just to rest and unwind or come and stay and add on residential coaching.
